Starting over support high tea

I enjoyed attending the High Tea organised by my good friend and colleague Hon Donna Faragher MLC, Member for the East Metropolitan Region. The proceeds of the High Tea went to ‘SOS – Starting Over Support’.

RALLY FOR LIFE

The Rally for Life is an annual rally held outside Parliament House to remember the children whose lives have been terminated by abortion since it was legalised in 1998. Standing with a 2000 plus strong crowd, we raise awareness of those unable to defend themselves.

NATIONAL PALLIATIVE CARE WEEK

As Co-convenor of the Parliamentary Friends of Palliative Care, I remain keenly interested in the sector of the medical profession to which it pertains. Attending the Annual Palliative Care WA Breakfast, gives me an opportunity to hear of the advances and challenges facing those who receive and administer Palliative Care.
